At LRF Appraisals, we provide expert litigation support and consulting services for all of your legal needs.  We prepare legal appraisals, provide expert testimony and work with attorneys to provide diligent research and reporting with accuracy and discretion.  We specialize in estate appraisals, trust appraisals, matrimonial cases, gift and estate tax filings and fractional and partial interest appraisals.  

MORTGAGE LENDING
We prepare all approved appraisal products for financial institutions in connection with mortgage financing, home equity lines of credit, reverse mortgages, relocations and foreclosures. We provide appraisals for all major property types including: cooperatives, condominiums, cond-ops, condo-tels, single family and 2-4 multi-family units. Our appraisers are residentially certified and FHA approved.
